First Annual Foto Forum Santa Fe Photography Award Submission

All that is required to complete your application is to fill out and submit this form. As you can only submit the form once, you may wish to look over the information that is needed, gather your materials, and come back to this page when you are ready to submit everything.
The Award is centered around a solo exhibition in the Foto Forum Santa Fe gallery. We suggest you send in twelve photographs that you feel could be part of a cohesive exhibition, rather than trying to show the broad range of different work you make. The selected winner will work with Sage Paisner to curate the final exhibition, which may include works not submitted with your application. The Artist Statement is a perfect place to explain how the twelve photographs relate to each other and provide additional information about the body of work and your artistic practice.

Please submit 12 photographs for the Jurors to consider. Each image should be formatted as a JPEG file no larger than 1200 pixels on the long dimension. Please make sure that each file is no larger than 2Mb. (Hint: use compression). Filenames should include your name so that we can easily match a file to your application in case it gets separated. ex: Jane_Doe_1.jpg

For each image, provide the Title and Dimensions of the final print in inches.
